Bella Tae Creations No Return Policy

  3. Shipping and Handling Charges: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged/defective item).
  4. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are considered non-returnable:
    • Personalized or customized products
    • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
    • Perishable goods
    • Intimate apparel and undergarments
    • Gift cards and virtual items

  6. Condition of the Item: In cases where a return is authorized for damaged or defective items, the product must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging and accessories.
  7. Return Shipping: If applicable, we will provide instructions on how to return the item and may cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective products. However, for any unauthorized returns or returns of non-returnable items, the customer will be responsible for all associated shipping expenses.
  8. No Cancellation or Order Modifications: Due to our automated order processing system, we cannot accommodate order cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed. Please ensure accuracy in your order details before confirming your purchase.
